Cancellation Policy

Cancellations In all instances you must call our reception 01865 377388 (11.00 am to 11.00 pm) to request a cancellation. You will be provided with a cancellation reference number. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the day of the booking will be charged in full.

A booking made on-line can not be cancelled, and will attract the full charge in the event of a no show or a customer wishing to cancel a booking which has already been confirmed. There is no breakfast served in the mornings, we open back up at 12 midday
